The company was founded in 1995. It is mainly engaged in the business of system integration, trading of computer peripherals, software and related accessories, and software development.

System integration is an activity involving of the overall architecture of information flow and integration of various hardware and software components. The company acts as the IT department of a customer in each system integration project.

The company also provides tele-radiology software maintenance service to Hong Kong Caritas Hospital and C.T. Scan Diagnostic Centre.

Po Yue Computer is also invited to be the counselor of the Industrial Relation Institute to provide computer-related support.

The company is a registered supplier of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and also a business partner of Tung Yat Construction Co. Ltd. to provide network cable layout at MTR sites. Other customers include HAECO, Government AFD Supplies, Asbury Methodist Social Service, and Schmidt Medical.

In the near future, the company will publish " Tele-Imaging Long Distance Communication Package ", develop integrated computer training system for child care centre, and CNC machine in Manufacturing field.
